If the judgment of divorce doesn't give you the right to half his pension, then you don't have it. It should have been fairly specifically stated.

If you mean that the bank won't foreclose on you if you continue to make post bankruptcy payments, that is very likely correct.

Technically, no, but people do it all the time. If you didn't tell the bank, it's unlikely they would know.
Can a NY Civil Court case be reopened if it was disposed 2.5 years ago? Is there a statue of limitations?

No, they have a year to reopen a vacated judgment. They'd have to refile, if they still can.

If you can't pay a title loan, you will likely lose your car. Bankruptcy can sometimes modify the amount due on liens, but it doesn't...

Since the money you gave him would likely be considered a gift (without knowing more) I doubt you can recover much.
