Is a student loan (or loans) owned by the government and in good standing dis-chargeable if I am considered fully disabled?

I think it's unlikely you'd be able to discharge your loans if you still had the ongoing ability to work, despite your disability in another field.
Enforce arbitration agreement? Stipulate to arbitration? Dismiss my complaint?
