If I file for emergency bankruptcy to stop a sale ,how much time do I get until the bank lifts the stay and gets a new date?

It depends. The bank might possibly not file a lift stay motion at all.
And it also depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

I think if I were you I would pay the ticket and move on. You could, alternatively, hire a lawyer that specializes in traffic cases.

You can fire her of course, but you would be responsible for any work she has done.

If his has their power of attorney, he can do it. if your parents are still alive, are they okay with him selling property they want you to have?
