A writ is an order. The answer is likely no if the defendant has no money that can be collected.

It might be too late, if it says nothing to that effect in the judgment you were awarded. Speak to an attorney who can actually read the judgment...

In 2007 i quit paying my cell ph bill now a collection company just posted it on my credit report as 01-01-2012 is this right?

if she was awarded the house, I am not sure how you could use its equity to purchase something else. Maybe you can make some sort of a deal...

Your chances of collecting are not high. You can't get blood from a stone. You can hire a collection attorney to help you, have that person...

Maybe, but if the LLC is going to default on your loan payment, that would likely default period. Maybe there are some LLC assets you can secure...

I would speak to a lawyer about a possible harassment suit. If you have a claim, there is no reason to wait to find out.

First I would make sure he hasn't filed bankruptcy before I would try to collect. That's just simply a thing you do generally.
