For far too long, we had worked without Client Agreements. We had started as a one-person operation and grown over the years and had been using our "hand-shake agreements". We finally reached out to Rob as we had heard great things about him: thorough, fast, and realistically priced. All proved true ...and he created a great Client Agreement format for us. Given that many of our Clients and their respective projects have varying components, he made sure to make aspects of the Agreement modifiable so that we could make those changes ourselves and keep the Agreement legally valid. As a result, we've actually had more work come our way because the Agreement renders us more professional and protects us as well as the client and their project. Since, we've used Rob for a number of business related matters including contracts, consultations, and more. As well, given that much of what we do involves Brand Development it's great to be able to recommend Rob to our clients for trademark and business operation matters.

Robert is our legal council and has represented our firm(s) on a number of matters. His professional skills are stellar which is apparent in his negotiations, legal advice, and thought leadership. Robert remains focussed on facts and keep situations (and people) calm which is imperative when stakes... are high. His interpersonal skills distinguishes him from others.
