My nephew was served with a parole warrant on September 24, 2020 for alleged violations of his parole release conditions. To be exact, weapon possession, marijuana possession, and curfew violation. I am writing this review for Michael Discioarro, whom I hired to represent me in a hearing against ACS. My final hearing was delayed for an exorbitant amount of time due to the lack of organization, and professionalism of the opposing counsel, and their lack of regard for a positive sense of justice.... However, my lawyer Mr. Discioarro held his ground, and chose to stay and wait with me in lieu of adjourning my case (which would have been the third time in 12 months) because he was sure that we could do an excellent job of presenting ourselves in this particular hearing.
