Found Michael online and did some research. The other reviews didn’t matter to me because I rather meet the individual, do a consult then decide from there. I called Michael after my legal aid team wasn’t doing a good job on my case. He invited me to his office that same day and was nice enough to wa...it a little while until I can get out off work. I looked a hot mess when I arrived and it was obvious I was going through a lot. I didn’t even have all the money to retain him but we worked out a Payment plan so I can get the rest. He alwaysssss showed up to my hearing and was on time. Well spoken and super responsive to all my messages. I had a very complex case with ACS and so many service providers involved. He stayed on top of everything. He even checked in on occasion to see how I was doing and always stuck to goal. Get the child back home. ACS can be bullies and Michael wasn’t having it! Michael Discioarro took over my ACS case immediately upon hiring him. From that moment I didn't have to do anything except to silently attend a few brief zoom meetings with ACS. Subsequently when ACS came to my house to talk with me and demand various things.... Michael required that I call him an...d he answered my calls right away... and every time he completely handled ACS... again asking me to be silent. I was to say NOTHING. Those ACS folks really didn't like that I had Michael as my attorney.... I saw all their nasty power drain from them when Michael was on the phone with us.... they left my home with their tail between their legs. Michael required these ACS workers to never contact me again and instead to call their own ACS attorneys and he made those ACS attorneys call him... then Michael would tell me anything I might need to know. In short order Michael got my case fully dismissed. Put your case in Michael's hands... he is comforting and works tirelessly for you against ACS which tries to use pathetic, bullying techniques... Michael is never bullied by ACS and is always completely in charge... Michael is a super nice guy... but he turns into a very scary dude when dealing with nasty ACS folk. I believe ACS is actually afraid of him because he exposes their ridiculously overbearing and inappropriate techniques.... ACS famously uses false information to create highly threatening charges against you... this can be very worrying and negatively affect your family's peace.... If you have an ACS issue....
