I was caught off guard when my ex-husband brought an ACS case against me claiming that my boyfriend and I had abused my daughter. Well here I go, adding to the accolades…Thanks to AVVO and all the great reviews, I’ve found a lawyer who is not only competent but is attentive, personable and considerate. I turned to Mike after learning that ACS may have a potential case against me (filed by my child’s public school, same people ...who have known me for several years as a dedicated parent!!!).
