. MICHAEL IS A HELL OF A LAWYER, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR THERE MONEYS WORTH .. HE IS GREAT AT BRINGING COMFORT TO THE SITUATION AND A QUICK THINKER WHEN IT COMES TO TOUGH CASES.. ONCE WE DISCUSSED MY CASE WITHIN MINUTES HE ALREADY HAD A PLAN WHICH I FOUND VERY IMPRESSI...VE.. HE REPLIES FAST VIA TEXT , COMMUNICATION SKILL ARE AWESOME AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY I MADE A FRIEND ... SO FOR A DWI OR A DUI HE YOUR GUY!!!

I am ashamed that it took me so long to write a review. My experience was bad but it could've been a nightmare if Michael didn't prepare me. Everything he said ACS would do they did. I said nothing and referred them to him. You think because you're innocent you have nothing to lose by talking to thes...e people, you are wrong! You can lose your child. I am lucky that did not happen to me because I listened to his instructions. He is extremely responsive which is what every client needs when they are dealing with the welfare of their child! You are in the best hands possible!

ACS is a nightmare! I was clueless to the system and I didn't know my rights, calling Michael was the best thing I did! ACS "indicated" my case which would have eventually resulted in me losing my job. Not only do they leave you feeling violated after they enter your home, inspect your kids, contac...t the schools, subject your family to all kinds of Drama while they constantly remind you they have the right to take your kids away from you at any moment, they want to add the bonus of an "indication" to your file to make sure you can't continue to work and support your family when they are done! This entire experience has been very eye opening for my husband and I, and we are just so grateful that we found Michael and picked the right guy to fix my Indication and get the job done! Michael is straight forward, honest, direct, and gets the job done! One day I was contacted by the person from the agency that was assigned to my "required" home visits telling me that if I didn't allow her in my home that week she would be going to my older son's school to see him anyway! I called Michael immediately and not only did they not go to my son's school, they never came to my home again! This is the kind of lawyer you need when you deal with these people. Michael had to remind me time and time again, I was just a number to these people, they don't care about you or your kids, we are just another victim to the system to justify someones big paycheck! Michael Thank You again for everything! You are right when you said "this is what I was put on this earth for!" God Bless

Michael is truly the best at what he does. Great guy, very down to earth, straight forward and upfront. He makes the most stressful situations feel very light. After some research online, i found him and read some reviews that prompted me to set up a meeting resulting in me hiring him. After my dwi, ...my car was impounded. He helped me get it back very quickly and was in contact with me every step of the way. He reponded to any questions, messages, or phone calls in a timely fashion. After many court dates, my case eventually got dismissed thanks his dedication and hard work. I would highly recommend him.

Please forgive any typos or grammatical errors - I wanted to write this off the top of my head so it could be as earnest as possible and come from the true emotional joy Mike gave me and my family: I don't know where best to begin with how great it was to work with Mike. I started online, like mos...t people do in a crisis that they can't simply ask friends for help with...And I found Mike, surrounded by his numerous positive (and accurate!) reviews online. Thank GOD! I could see very early that he was really going to help me and my family, but most importantly treat us as more than just clients...Like a family who needs help and doesn't know where to turn. Truth be told, he might seem like a tough cookie when you talk to him but THAT IS THE KIND OF ATTORNEY YOU NEED!!! Don't be fooled by the ones who try and sound all nice and only want your money. Seriously, I have been absolutely screwed before because of that. Not with Mike - He was relentless; Keen and experienced enough to know how to "play ball" with an awful and tormenting ACS investigation that my family had to go through, and aggressive enough to protect us in every way. I will tell anyone who is going through this type of problem in their life that it is terrible, enough to bring a grown man to tears on multiple occasions (me). But what you need is someone strong and aggressive to handle these people! There is so much manipulation involved on the side of ACS - they can be a very cruel and inhuman organization, which prides itself on TEARING FAMILIES APART! I was fearful for my child and the many terrible outcomes I've read and heard about online...all of which Mike was aware of. But Mike was FIRM! - he tore into ACS in a professional manner and DID NOT LET UP. We gave ACS the bare minimum of what we had for their terrible investigation but MIKE MADE SURE WE DID NOT HAVE TO DO AN OUNCE MORE THAN WE WERE COMFORTABLE WITH and we came out on top! ACS first tried to close the case with a BOGUS indication of child abuse (indication is the term used to mean guilty, in other words). Mike jumped on them that day (In fact, he responds to everything immediately, and even helped me while he was on vacation at one point - God, I can't say enough good things about this man's character). So anyway, Mike fought them on the indication and weeks later (only weeks later because ACS takes FOREVER to torture you) I received a letter in the mail that ACS was going to amend the indication and remove it completely off our record. Of course, because there never should have been one! Thank GOD for Mike - I would recommend him, without hesitation, for anything he does! His experience, character, and flawless approach left us with a win!!! From one parent to the next, this man saved our family and you should look to him to help save yours if, God forbid, you are in a similar crisis. THANK YOU SO MUCH MIKE! GOD BLESS YOU FOR YOUR HELP!
