I hired this firm to represent me in a civil case that they themselves filed on my behalf. After serving the complaint, they told me they would call to discuss next steps, but they never did. Without any notice or explanation, they filed to withdraw as my lawyers before the case had even begun. I ...was completely blindsided and left unrepresented. There was no discussion, no plan for transition, and no follow-up. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with any legal service. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm to make sure you get every commitment and communication in writing.
