Mandy B. DeRoche

Mandy DeRoche is an associate in the Litigation Department at Seward & Kissel LLP.  She has experience litigating complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts and representing clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions before government agencies and self regulatory bodies.  Ms. DeRoche has represented clients in several trials, and has experience managing cases throughout the litigation and regulatory processes. 

 

Ms. DeRoche has also represented individuals and organizations pro bono in environmental justice, economic justice and immigration matters.  She received Sustainable South Bronx’s Trailblazer Award, and was recognized by the New York Law Journal for work with the Urban Justice Center.  In the fall of 2014, she was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.

 

Ms. DeRoche is a Senior Fellow of the Environmental Leadership Program and an alumna of the New York City Environmental Law Leadership Institute. Ms. DeRoche has published writings regarding stormwater fees and green infrastructure in environmental justice communities.  Ms. DeRoche also serves on the board of directors for Concrete Safaris, an East Harlem-based environmental health and youth education organization, and volunteers with several other organizations.
