I am not sure I understand this part: "what are the implications on my immigration status? " - are you not a US citizen?

I send the I-102 form about two weeks, I found out in some cases they ask for more evidence so should I send a copy of the visa

Depends on the misdemeanor. I strongly recommend obtaining a disposition and taking that to an experienced immigration attorney to make sure.

I highly recommend to stay away. retain a competent and licensed attorney - it is not that expansive, but better off in the long run.

VAWA is when the person is getting the first green card. You say there is already an I-864 - so can't be VAWA, but possibly abused based I-751...
