Take all of your dispositions from court and consult with an attorney privately. Need to see the disposition.

More information is required. If he is simply "not interested" then its not enough under VAWA. Consult with an experienced attorney.

You can't adjust, but sounds that you may be eligible for the I-601A waiver. You do need to work with an experienced attorney.

Maybe its time to start looking for another attorney. Not all lawyers do not respond to calls, however, it seems to be one of the bigger complaints.

It is simple - you are either married or not. Fiancee is not the same as a spouse. Also, what exactly did you file jointly?
