Gregg Scott Bateman

Gregg Bateman is an associate in the Global Bank and Institutional Finance Group at Seward & Kissel LLP. He received a B.A. from the University of Michigan, and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Dean Merit Scholar, and Managing Editor and Co-founder of the Seton Hall Circuit Review. Gregg published an article entitled “No Financial Injury No Problem, the Redressability of Emotional Distress Claims for Willful Violation of the Automatic Stay Under 11.U.S.C. 362(h)” 1 Seton Hall Cir. Rev. 169 (Spring `05).

Gregg is a member of the Corporate Finance Editorial Advisory Board of Law 360, where he advises on corporate finance matters. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, where he serves on the Trust Indentures and Indenture Trustees Committee.
