Your child support is based solely on your own income. Your spouses income does not matter in the computation.

They cannot just kick you out. They would need to engage in an eviction proceeding.

You are free to contact the police, however, most likely, they shall will tell you to go to Family Court, which is what you need to do.

My colleague is correct. I can only add that in a child support proceeding, the court can order attorneys fees at any point in a litigation.
