If the child resides in NY then NY has jurisdiction over the issue of child support.

While the court is required to consider a child's wishes in issue of custody and visitation, it is not controlling.

That means there is something in court after your divorce was finalized. You should call the clerk to find out what is going on.
For Child support Discovery, Does the parties have to sign a Confidentiality Agreement ? Parties were never married.

This is not normal practice. There is no basis for such an agreement. Custody cases are sealed as a practice.
