It is possible. But at arraignment there was already a high likelihood of indictment, which seems like the only changed circumstance. Best of luck.

The age of consent in New York is 17. If there is sexual contact before you turn 17 he could be charged with a crime.

Yes, if you contacted somebody who you are barred from communicating with by a full order of perception then you could be arrested for contempt.
