I can tell you that with all the years we have be...en fighting my husband's immigration battle ( Alex took on my husban's case while my husband was detained due to another attorneys negligence that wound up my husband getting detained by I.C.E.)With that being said I have had my share in looking and dealing with other immigration attorneys before I found Alexander J. SEGAL. I tell you with out a doubt in sight that there are far and few like him if any, this attorney is not only knowledgeable about his expertise but honest. I stepped in the door of The Law Offices of Grinberg & Segal with a complicated case in political asylum. The whole complication of the case has been derived not from the objective situation at hand,but from the inputs of two other attorneys, who I have had "pleasure" to work with in Miami.Being sk...eptic and detail oriented by nature, I had very precise expectations from my attorneys and unfortunately discovered for myself that only few of them turn out to be trustworthy. My husband and I retain mr.segal on Jan 31 2012, for adjustment of status. I was the one being adjusted and my husband was petitioning for me. I surf the web and obtained the numbers for at least 20 immigration lawyers, I was going through the list that I aquired and found that mr.sergal's office was... most favorable to me, the secretary was detail and very explicit, clear and percise which led me to believe that she knew exactly what she was about, so I set up an interview where my husband and I can meet with the attorney. after a brief and detailed meet my husband and i retained mr.segals' office for council, and i must say i mr.segal is awesome, their is no other way to put it. he prepared me, for my interview and assisted me even when i felt discourage.
