Best immigration lawyer I`ve worked with.

So, before hiring Alex Segal and his team, I had two other immigration attorneys. One was from York and another one from Philly. And sadly neither of them really believed that I would win my case. It needs to be said that the case i had was pretty complicated and I myself had big doubts about winnin...g it. But I wanted my lawyer to believe in winning and not tell me that the odds were not in my favor. So, luckily I ended up with Alex. I felt a huge difference between him and other two guys I paid money to. Couple thing I want to mention: with previous guys I had to travel for couple hours for every appointment. With Alex where is an option to do everything that is possible by Skype. Another thing is how quickly i got responses every time i called or e`mailed the office. That was a huge deal for me, because I had difficulties hearing back from my old attorney. I would call or email and get response in a month/ never get one. Another thing i liked about Mr. Segal is that he works with you no matter how hard or complicated your case is. And in my case wins it. And that is all for the same price you would pay any other immigration lawyer. So if you are looking for a good lawyer i would recommend this guy! Good luck!

A-plus attorney and Great Person

A-plus attorney. We've been working with Alexander on my asylum case for the last three years and still working on it. My opinion about him was changing since the the first day I met him. First time I did not like him but eventually realized how good he is as a lawyer and what a great Person he is. ...So if you don't like him at your first look just start working with him, trust me , he is the best. Be prepared to work hard on your case and Alexander will guide you. In the court he is fighting for your rights like a spartan. Describing him as a person I just want to share my personal story. During the case I got cancer (luckily it looks like it is cured now) and Alexander offered me his attorney's help for free. So be sure he will not leave you alone when you are in trouble...

Best decision ever made

My husband’s immigration case was handled poorly by his previous lawyer and was denied. We wanted to switch lawyers. However the task proved very difficult. Most lawyers that we consulted with spoke more about the money and payments rather than the immigration problem at hand. And some didn’t even wa...nt to take the case. Finally, we consulted with Alexander J. Segal. After the consultation my husband and I both agreed, this man knew what to do. Mr.Segal told us the reality of the situation, he never gave us false hope or any sugar coated promises. Mr.Segal was very forward about the case but at the same time, gave me and my husband hope. Which all the other lawyers failed to do. I found Mr. Segal to be very approachable. He is an extremely genial and compassionate person. Unlike other lawyers, who barely answer any questions or concerns, Mr. Segal will sit down with you and answer all your questions even if it means repeating himself over and over until you understand. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to know what is going on with their case. Mr.Segal is a very easy person to talk to and will make anyone feel comfortable. He will talk to you as if you are an old buddy. He will say things to lighten the situation and brighten up your mood. My husband was deported and it was a very difficult time for me. I never had to deal with immigration and knew very little about it. My husband was the one taking care of the case. But with him gone, I was at a loss. Mr.Segal was my guidance. He helped me understand what was going on and told me exactly what I had to do if I wanted my husband back in the U.S. It was tiresome having to work, going to school, taking care of things and running around with the entire immigration problem. Many times I couldn’t go to Mr. Segal’s office due to my busy schedule. However, whenever I used to email him he always responded. If he was unavailable, someone else from the office emailed back a response with the necessary information. I never had any trouble contacting Mr.Segal via phone, skype, email, or in person at his office. He makes himself available for all his clients at all times. He never made me feel as if I was a bother or that i was pestering him. He would always walk me through the problem and explain everything down to the very smallest detail. I went overseas for three months to see my husband. During this time period Mr.Segal and his staff continuously notified me if there were any changes or updates in the case. I never had to hunt him down for information or updates. That's one of the things I appreciate the most, the updates and information was given to you readily. Mr.Segal is highly experienced and knows exactly how things will be. He is very informative and guided me through every step on what to do about the case. The time frame I was told in which the case will be solved was very much accurate. I am very happy with my decision to work with Mr. Segal for my husband’s immigration case. And I am beyond grateful for his guidance and hard work. Now my husband's case is approved and he is back in the United States.

A+++ feedback

I had one of the most complicated cases (as for me) in the history of Immigration. Had filed case in CA where was turned down and sent to court, then changed venue to MA, while venues were in the process of changing, received a notice to appear in front of Judge in CA. Failed to appear...received a d...eportation notice by CA Judge being in MA. Time passed by (about 1 year) I started to worry about my status and situation with the paperwork. Hired an attorney ZK in Boston--he failed my case again. I had situation where I failed twice!!!! I started to do all the paperwork myself---of course failed again!!! Time went by and I was taken into custody by ICE officers for being illegal in US. That's when Alexander J Segal comes in as my attorney. He was very communicative and reliable while I was in Jail for 6 months... Finally we got my case reopened and I was out of the "can". And battle began... We were granted a green card, then he guided me thru the divorce with my wife, then thru removing of conditions on my GC... Now I am planning todo my naturalization paperwork!!!! He was very professional, responsive, intelligent in the court room. Every time I called him he PERSONALLY was guiding me through my questions with his answers. Never hung up on me while I was on HOLD. He is one of the kind, he knows what is he doing, he treated me with RESPECT and this is probably the best quality that every lawyer should have... And he is got it!!! What else I can say...other than he saved my case, saved my life, teached me a lot of things, showed me a bright future in US... this list can go on and on... I would recommend this lawyer without a blink of an eye.
