1 He was late for appointment and the consultation starts 13 minutes late than scheduled time which I can understand ; 2 Maybe because I am not used to the attorney's language system and English is not my native language although I travel to US a lot and have no problem with daily English, the commu...nication was not smooth and I am not satisfied with the answer of "I can't answer that", and a more constructive suggestion is more helpful. 3. The 'professional' attorney miscalculated my 30 minutes consulting time and wanted to cut off my consulting 10 minutes early which totally made me lost interest in continuing any consulting with him, so I hang up and give the left 10 minutes as a gift to him.

Attorney Segal is very knowledgeable. I had a short consult with him to discuss visa extension and the amount of useful info I got out of that surpassed a longer consultation with an inexperienced lawyer, and some of the info is going to save me from a world of hurt later. He is also the only lawyer ...that told me to do the application myself because it was straightforward - compared to the other lawyers who want to charge me $800 or more for the extension and refused to provide info until I retained them. His communication style is blunt and no-nonsense and seems to wants to deal with honest cases only - stay away if you are trying to game the system cuz you might get schooled. If you are ok with that, you should be happy with this guy. His associate Wendy is awesome and down to earth too. I always appreciate professionals who take their craft seriously and with integrity. The world is a much better place for that.
