Thank you very much!!!

I was misled by the other attorney and got into a very complex situation. After being deported I engaged Alexander J.Segal and his consultations were fundamental for me to not give up and keep working towards my goals. I relayed on 100% on Mr.Segal's professionalism and opinion and his hardwork towar...ds my case payed off. I was able to come back to the States in legal status and later I was even approved for the greencard petition! My case clearly demonstrates how terrible the situation can turn out if you trust a non professional attorney and how great it can be when the same case has taken by best of the best. I am very greatful for this significant change in my life and, of course, to Mr.Segal for his attentive, emphatic approach towards my difficult case!

Fantastic Lawyer that would recommend to anybody I know

I hired Alexander several years ago in connection to my removal proceedings case. I worked with him as both trial and appeal lawyer, During the time he showed to be well-versed in immigration law. My the case was eventually granted after BIA appeal. I had a very difficult judge. I am grateful to him ...for the time, effort, knowledge and persistence he showed. He is one of those people you want to have as your lawyer. While sometime abrupt, he is relentless and will not stop until he wins the case. I am so grateful to have chosen him.

Be aware... unprofessional , rude, mean, careless, unorganized

At the very beginning he could be very nice in order to sell you his services, do not follow other reviews, like I did , choosing him purely relying on ratings, do not fool yourself, not sure, as you know in many businesses it is a trick, who writes these reviews. As soon as you pay him the money..., you should not bother him, because no matter what the reason is, it's aggravates and annoys him, it does not matter that you have paid him $$$ lots of thousands, you are taking his time now... think about that... my case was lost for two weeks unless I started making inquiries, no one even knew my case exist , then no one even bother to take a look at my documents in order to file employment authorization for me because I did not have any other proper ID. I was told by my attorney who took thousands from me to work on my case that he can not remember everything, also that I am distracting him and his office by pointing out omission that they made. think also about that.... Then goes preparation for the interview, at the meeting he was very rude and mean, advised me to be silent, anything I say could be stupid, take sedative medicine, this is the tone you can expect.... He does not care that his attitude itself increases stress level which is absolutely normal to experience whenever you go for an interview. Thank you very much for that, you gave me back then a headache. Well, then my big day has arrived. He was the last one to arrive, another 5 minutes and my case would be cancelled. But gladly he made it. While sitting in the waiting room I was observing another attorneys, how they interacted with their clients. At one point I wanted to approach one of them and ask for her card, that is how warm, polite, caring, and open she was with her clients. Unfortunately, I experienced just the opposite. During the interview my attorney was unable to find needed documents, ended up calling the office asking where they are... acted very arrogant and rude. When the interview was over I was very disappointed that I did not do everything myself., but have paid so much money to him for just sitting there. Thanks god, I got my green card, but it was not because of his excellent job that he did.

Oksana goes around the Internet posting this negative review of me wherever she can. One would ask why? What have I done to deserve such wrath? Well…. For starters, I won her case and resolved her complicated legal immigration predicament. However, according to her, I was too expensive and not sufficiently organized and prepared to meet her standards of good professional behavior. Unfortunately, this is all I can say on a public forum to defend my reputation. Attorneys are restricted by confidentiality rules from disclosing client's information on a public forum. Hence, the public would have to make evaluation of the plausibility of Oksana’s review having only Oksana’s account in mind. However, I do have the common sense of the public to rely on when reading Oksana’s review. I would ask the public to keep the following questions in mind: (1) Why would one hire and pay an attorney a lot of money for what they believe to be a simple matter? (2) How one can be aggressive during preparation yet be completely unprepared for an interview that occurred a few hours later? (3) Are rudeness, abruptness, and brutal honesty the same thing? (4) Is abruptness often unavoidable on the part of an attorney who rigorously represents a client with that client's best interests in mind? (5) Is not part of one’s success inevitably based on the attorney’s reasonable exercise of judgment, perception of the weaknesses of the case, and anticipation of a hostile interview? (6) Why an attorney would be looking in the file for documents when the documents are produced by the client and not the attorney during an interview? (7) If the attorney was working on the file and preparing the client for the interview, why would he need his office's assistance during the interview? Again, I will let the reader judge whether Oksana's review is helpful to the public in assessing my skills as an attorney. I do acknowledge that something in my interaction with Oksana must have contributed to her profound dissatisfaction since many months, if not years later, she decided to post this review. For that, I am genuinely sorry, but the bottom line is I successfully completed the task for which I was retained.

Thank you for making my American dream come true!

Meeting Mr. Alexander J. Segal and having him as my attorney in the extraordinary abilities greencard process is the best thing that could have happened to me! Alexander and his office's employees proved them as the most caring, professional and effective attorneys that I have ever worked with. The...ir advices and strategy for the case were fundamental. I am the World and European Champion in Ballroom dancing, pro teacher on Dancing With The Stars in Italy and Russia and I always prefer the best quality in services. Mr. Segal made an excellent service for me, winning my case and giving me a possibility of sharing my extraordinary abilities in the field of ballroom dancing with American dancers. So currently I am waiting for the audition for ABC Dancing With The Stars and if it wasn't for Mr. Segal's help and following my case on every step of it, this wouldn't be possible today! I am truly satisfied and grateful for his excellent job!

Best Lawyer.

Alex was very straightforward during the consultation, and during all the meetings and interviews. He did not baby anything up. he was fully honest with everything that was happening so there would be no surprises. I fully appreciate everything that Alex has done for me. He was the only one of four l...awyers that i hired who really understood how to handle my case, and he was very attentive to my needs. He won my case and I am unbelievably thankful.
