file for a B1 stay a little then go to your country and file from their for an F1

I was denied entry to U.S then admitted 6 weeks later. Is this considered exclusion?

There is no exclusion any more. To deal with it you would have to go back in time to pre 1996 USA.

You have too, you can never use a fake SSC. It is a criminal offense.
