In 2009 I was convicted for an internet crime, which led to a sex offense. At the time I had no realization that this crime would prevent me “an American citizen” from petitioning as a beneficiary for my immigrant Wife. In 2010 I married and put in an applications for my wife's Residence. It... was returned with the intent to deny and so the drama began. I originally retained another Immigration law firm who tried for 8 years with 2 open applications and an appeal and when I was completely lost and ready to give up they explained to me the only way to gain any control of this case was to take it to Federal Court and they just hired a litigation attorney who specializes in this.
