Abadir Jama Barre

Attorney Abadir Barre was recommended to me by my aunt. I'm very glad I found him since he won my case and is in the process to help me become a permanent resident of the United States. Thanks to his extensive knowledge of immigration law and also to all his staff. My case was taking a very long time.... Abadir Barre and all his staff were extremely professional, particular, and kind during my entire immigration process. My family and I owe him a huge debt of gratitude since he brought us out of the obscurities of immigration and brought us so much joy. His wife also a lawyer were also on top of our case including all his staff who impressed me through their hard work on our case. (I owe a big thanks to all of them because they changed me and my family life).) Abadir Barre is the best immigration lawyer I've ever met. He will still remain as my immigration and civil rights lawyer for the rest of my life. I recommend his services to anyone in need of immigration help. If you want to become legal or a citizen of this country goes to Abadir and you will testify.

My case was a special one. I was faced with paperwork that was repeatedly returned, and a divorce decree that was not written in English. My lawyer gave great advice and expeditiously translated the decree that was necessary to proceed with my husbands case. I am so appreciative of the caring nature ...of yourself and your staff. I would recommend everyone to reach out to you with any issue. You and your staff did your due diligence and took very good care of us. We are eternally grateful. Thank you.

As my husband and I began to plan the immigration I-130, Petition for Alien Relative and Adjustment of Status I-485 (Green Card); processes, we knew we needed to retain a lawyer with the services of a good accomplished and HONEST immigration lawyer. We didn't want to do the file ourselves as a sim...ple mistake could have impacted the processing time of the file by several months or even worse seeing it being refused. As a result, we understood that we needed to be cautious and act fast to find a lawyer. Due to Covid 19 meetings with lawyers in person was a little more complicated BUT Abadir BARRE was very nice and took his time patiently discussing my husband's case over the phone. The following week we set up a date to meet at the office. After speaking with different immigration lawyers we finally retained BARRE as a lawyer. Because he believes in accompanying and supporting his clients until the end. My husband and I are happy to say that we made the right choice in choosing Mr. ABADIR BARRE and his team to take care of the case. BARRE showed us his sincerity, his skills, and his caring throughout the process. His dedicated from the beginning until the preparation of the interview at the Rector office. He was present before, during and after the interview. He was very friendly and even played with our 4 years old daughter while waiting for our name to be called. BARRE reassured us and made us confident for the interview. Everything was completed with the utmost care and has helped us prepare supporting documents and verified with unwavering precision. He took care of our case in such a way that we always felt like we were always his priority. The response to my calls as well as the response to my emails were always prompt, without exception. My husband and I questions were always answered quickly and in a clear and concise manner. The entire process took less than 10 months. Writing this testimony is to help families like ours to go through all the stages of this immigration process with the best. Bakary and I just wanted to say a massive personal thank you to ABADIR BARRE AND ALL OF THE STAFF.

Atty. Barre handled my Immigration case which he did an excellent Job. He was referred to me by a friend to consult my case. The first time i met him with my husband he was very accomodating and very straight to his advice. From then, i decided to hire him to handle my case in applying my adjustmen...t of status. He gave me the list of the requirements which i did gather them through the process and submit to him. We did few meetings with him and he even accompany us to our interview which i appreciate his presence. His staff we’re great too. He is easy approachable and knowlegeable to what his doing. I now got green card with his help and i will use his firm for any future help that i would need for my Immigration case. I would recommend him to my friends. Thank you Atty. Barre. God Bless.

Abadir is truly phenomenal. My immigration success story was quite an uphill battle. I had overstayed my visitor visa and was starting to feel nervous and scared to even go to work. I knew I wanted to adjust my status but didn’t know how and I felt as though immigration would have denied me since I w...as working without proper documentation. After contacting a series of lawyers who seemed uninterested in my case or my gut feeling was telling me I wouldn’t get the attention or accountability I needed I found Abadir! Upon our initial consultation, he immediately made me feel at peace knowing that I actually had a chance at being a resident. He spoke clearly and intelligently and asked very important questions unique to my case. He was available to answer all my questions and give me and my husband updates as needed. He provided us with a trajectory that was spot on! He is patient and understanding and does not discriminate. He is also very accommodating as my husband's work required him to constantly be on tour. He never ignored our calls or emails and continuously gave us hope and assurance. Due to covid restrictions and shut down of most immigration centers our case took a much longer time span than most, but with a competent lawyer such as Abadir were able to exercise patience as he kept us abreast of the changes and the and updates on our paperwork. I can’t emphasize enough how blessed we were to found such a gem of a lawyer. He kept our documents well organized and ensured that we left no stone unturned. He prepped us for our interview and gave my husband tips on how to articulate well when asked questions in the interview. He was there with us when we did our I-485 adjustment of status interview and it made the process so much easier. We were in and out in 15 minutes! He had all our information and bonafide in a folder thoroughly organized and it made the immigration officer's job much easier. My husband and I feel blessed to have a lawyer such as Abadir. We will be using him for all other future services! Additionally, his team is one of a kind! Especially L’Eunice, she was emotionally available for me when I was having breakdowns and felt stuck. To summarize, he is a relatable, competent, and exemplary lawyer. We made the best decision of our lives by choosing him as our attorney.
