As my husband and I began to plan the immigration I-130, Petition for Alien Relative and Adjustment of Status I-485 (Green Card); processes, we knew we needed to retain a lawyer with the services of a good accomplished and HONEST immigration lawyer. Abadir is truly phenomenal. My immigration success story was quite an uphill battle. I had overstayed my visitor visa and was starting to feel nervous and scared to even go to work. My application to remove conditions was denied and I was waiting for a hearing with the immigration judge. I was told by my previous attorney that I should consider going home or I should pray that I get a good immigration judge who may not have me deported. When I walked in Abadir’s office, I di...dn’t even know if my situation could have been fixed. Within a few minutes of speaking with him, he assured me that I would not be deported and that he could help me. At first, I thought maybe he was just being nice and didn’t want me to worry. So because I felt I had no other option, I decided to give him the opportunity to prove himself. Abadir told me what information and evidence to gather. He and his legal assistant helped me to compile everything and submitted the application. I later regain status with a 14 month extension until a decision was made on my application to remove conditions. Fast forward to a year later. I checked my case status and was expecting to see an interview date, instead I saw that my application was approved and that the condition was removed and that my 10 year green card was mailed to me. I initially thought it was a mistake so I close the page and went to check the case number and I did that about 10 times because I still couldn’t believe that my case was approved without an interview.
