Jaime M. Farrell is an attorney in the Drugs & Medical Devices Litigation practice group. Mr. Farrell joined Weitz & Luxenberg in 2009. Since that time, he has participated in state court, federal court, and multidistrict litigation actions against a number of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers including, but not limited to the makers of Accutane, Avandia, Actos, Paxil, Prozac, Reglan, Zoloft and the makers of metal-on-metal hip implants and laparoscopic power morcellator devices. Mr. Farrell previously worked at the law firm of Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw.
