Eugene D Kublanovsky

I am the founder and Managing Member of Kublanovsky Law LLC.  Prior to opening the firm, I was a partner in a prominent New York City commercial litigation boutique where I handled a wide variety of matters for individuals, start-ups, and established private and public companies.  I use my over 12 years’ experience to effectively and efficiently represent my clients' interests. I do so with a keen understanding of the financial pressures many companies and individuals face today. I approach my matters with urgency and a meticulous attention to detail.  My clients appreciate my responsiveness and value my thoughtful, common-sense advice which is specifically tailored to their needs.

Whether in a court, before a regulatory or administrative agency, in an arbitration, or at the negotiating table, I provide compelling, high-quality legal representation for my clients at a fraction of what larger law firms charge.  I take a hands-on approach to my clients' matters. I personally handle every aspect of my cases, from drafting pleadings and motions to attending court conferences, efficiently managing discovery, and conducting depositions, hearings and trials.  I also conduct internal and external investigations on behalf of boards of directors, special committees, human resources and compliance departments, and represent clients in state attorneys general investigations.

I am an active member of several bar associations, including the New York American Inn of Court, of which I am Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.  The New York American Inn of Court is a local chapter of the American Inns of Court, a national organization whose mission is to foster excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility, and legal skills.  In 2011, I was honored to receive my Inn's Leadership Award for my service and commitment to the organization.
