David Robert Waldman

Mr. Waldman was born and raised on the Jersey Shore and spent his summers growing up on the beaches and boardwalks.  After graduating high school, Mr. Waldman attended college at Arizona State University where he earmed a B.A. in journalism/public relations, a B.A. in history, and a minor in psychology.

Mr. Waldman came back east and worked for one of the world's largest, premiere public relations agencies in the business commmunications and high technology sectors.

Mr. Waldman then attended law school in New York, where he contributed to the school newspaper, The New York Law School Reporter, and was elected SBA Treasurer by the student body.

After law school, Mr. Waldman relocated to Los Angeles where he worked as a junior talent agent at a boutique talent and literary agency in Beverly Hills.  While a rewarding and valuable experience, Mr. Waldman returned to the East Coast and practised law in a variety of capacities.

Because of an interest in how corporations can best operate while protecting themselves as well as complying with the increasingly complex regulatory environment, Mr. Waldman landed in compliance.

He now specializes in AML/KYC, eGRC, policy and control standard implementation, and viigilanty keeps abreast of the regulatory landscape as it pertains to companies today, especially within the financial services sector.
