Represented Plaintiffs in a widely-publicized lawsuit against Vistaprint alleging unlawful discrimination against a gay couple who ordered their wedding programs from Vistaprint and instead received a ... box of discriminatory, hateful, and anti-gay pamphlets. In February 2018, the case was resolved. The resolution of the case included an apology from Vistaprint and charitable donations will be made to select U.S. and Australian-based organizations that work to create greater understanding and acceptance of the LGBTQ community.

As alleged, this deceptive practice has impacted hundreds of thousands of TSI customers who have purchased a gym membership known as the “Passport Membership,” which provides by contract that “if you have a Passport membership, you may use any TSI club at any time.”

The lawsuit alleges Despont Studios subjected the Plainti ... ff to sexual harassment and racial discrimination that continued throughout her employment until her eventual constructive discharge in early 2017. On November 28, 2017, a Federal Judge issued a groundbreaking opinion in the case stating that an employer can’t use a confidentiality agreement from a previous lawsuit to shield itself from future liability a different discrimination claim.
