Stephen M. Goldstein

Mr. Goldstein’s broad-based corporate practice includes the representation of companies of all sizes, from start-ups to publicly traded entities. His clients span a multitude of industries, including new media, energy, entertainment, the arts, manufacturing, textile, healthcare related and venture capital. In addition to advising his clients with respect to financings, mergers and acquisitions, employment and other business, Mr. Goldstein drafts and negotiates all the agreements attendant to his clients’ businesses. Mr. Goldstein also represents his clients in connection with various real estate related matters, including commercial leases, financings and the purchase and sale of home and investment properties.
