Mr. Soressa is unquestionably a cut above the rest!!!! I had a long, harrowing journey through the immigration court, and thanks to this fine attorney, I won Cancellation of Removal which prevented me from being separated from my sick mother, and enables me to now freely live and work as a productive..., legal, US resident. Prior to hiring Mr. Soressa, I was represented by an attorney whose work was shoddy at best, and whose approach to my case was apathetic and even callous, at worst. Mr. Soressa took my case at the eleventh hour, and did within a time-frame of days, superb work that should have taken months to complete. From the minute I met him, he had a vested interest in my case which is very important for a client. He answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and was knowledgeable about my case, the procedures and the entire process. While he could not offer guarantees, which I could not have reasonably expected, he promised to give me his best effort, and indeed he did. He had to start by fixing several deficiencies in my case that the previous attorney had caused. With a great sense of urgency, he typed up and compiled paperwork to put my case together, rushed back and forth to the court to retrieve and review documents pertaining to my case, all the while being meticulous, dotting every "I" and crossing every "T" so that when he was finished, he had a thoroughly prepared case to present to the honorable judge and government attorney.
