NY Institutional Client Review

Mr. Wolk is an exceptional attorney who is qualified to represent virtually any client in most types of real estate transactions, both in NY and on a national basis. In addition to his extensive legal knowledge and expertise, Mr. Wolk's easy and likeable manner enables him to obtain cooperation from... opposing counsel and parties which facilitates the closing of transactions. He is responsive and practical. He doesn't lawyer for the sake of lawyering, but rather does what is necessary to get a transaction completed and his client protected. He often proposes clever and practical means to resolve otherwise difficult and complex issues. In summary, he's very qualified and a good indiviual to have on your side.
