Over my 30 years in business Jae is single handedly one of the best lawyers (and advisors) I have worked with. He has been the lead counsel for all three of my companies and most of my private business dealings during this period. This has included negotiating and leading on international M&A transa...ctions, several private equity financings, crafting complex cross-boarder tax strategy, building and structuring multi-level distribution channels, structuring transactions with almost all counter-parties we deal with, negotiating legal disputes and even buying and selling personal real estate holdings.
