I worked with Alexis Russell through Klug Law Firm for my EB-1A petition starting in November 2024. I promptly submitted all the requested documents within the first week. From the beginning, I was told that expert testimonial letters would be prepared within five business days and that the full peti...tion would follow shortly after. Despite these clear assurances, communication became sporadic, and progress was minimal. I followed up multiple times, and in early February 2025, I was told in a virtual meeting that the petition would be completed by the end of that month. That deadline passed without any meaningful update or delivery. On the Friday before the firm terminated our agreement, Alexis personally promised that I would receive the full and completed petition draft by that Friday. However, no draft was delivered. Instead, the following Monday, I was informed that the firm had chosen to terminate the engagement. I was told I would receive the materials they had worked on, but what I received were largely the same documents I had submitted myself, along with an incomplete draft of the petition. This review is based entirely on documented communication and reflects my personal experience. The lack of follow-through, repeated delays, and unfulfilled promises left me deeply disappointed. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident recommending Alexis Russell for EB-1A petition assistance.
