Criminal and Immigration Cases

Maribel was super professional and awesome. From day one of the criminal case, I saw integrity because she refused to charge us before the very first court hearing, yet still provided guidance. We then hired her, and throughout the long journey, she’s been available anytime we needed her. We woul...d call her anytime of the day, including weekends and she would still pick up the calls whenever she could. Times that she couldn’t pick because of court sessions and stuff, she would make sure to call back or text back. My brother, through Maribel’s expertise won both cases!! Highly recommend her for both Criminal and Immigration cases.

Very accessible, very good communicator and caring

It was such a relief knowing that we could contact Maribel directly by text message or cell phone and get a quick response to any questions or concerned that we had. We felt on the same team working together. Our case was dismissed by the judge and our life is back to normal. Maribel charged us ...one fee for handling our total case regardless of what it would take to solve it. AMAZING LAWYER! AMAZING RESULTS!

I hired Ms. Allen for a very complicated criminal matter. I was one of several defendants and their lawyers in the case. I spoke to several lawyers who told me I should just plead guilty. From the very start, Ms. Allen took charge and was in complete control. She did an amazing job and got an ama...zing and way better than expected result. Actually, she got the best result. A complete dismissal of all charges! I had more than ten charges, including conspiracy, and she got them all dismissed, while other Defendants were not dismissed and were later convicted or plead.. Ms. Allen did an amazing job, to say the least. I give her my highest recommendation and then some. Not only did she do a great job, she showed how she was so much better than all the other lawyers in the case. If you are facing criminal charges, hire Ms.Allen. You will be so very glad you did!
