Katherine Marie Caola

Katherine Caola graduated from Sweet Briar College in Virginia, where she triple-majored in History, International Affairs, and Philosophy.  She also studied abroad at Arcadia University in Perugia, Italy.  After college, she gained practical legal experience as a supervising litigation assistant at a well-known divorce, family law,and criminal law firm with offices formerly in Middlesex County, Monmouth County, and Ocean County.  Ms. Caola then attended Roger Williams University School of Law in Rhode Island, and later earned a Certificate in Fashion Law from Fordham University School of Law in New York.

During law school, Ms. Caola served as a Law Clerk Intern to the Honorable Douglas K. Wolfson, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, where she worked on motions, conducted legal research and drafted opinions, including the published opinion of State v. Young, Indictment No. 10-08-00846.  Following law school, Ms. Caola worked at a private corporation in Mercer County as in-house counsel. 

Ms. Caola currently is the Corporate Attorney Representative on the Young Lawyers Division Executive Committee of the 18,000 member New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA-YLD).  She also is Editor of Dictum, which is the NJSBA-YLD’s legal magazine.  Ms. Caola also performs significant probono work for the Prisoner Reentry Program at the Jersey City Employment and Training Program, Inc., in Hudson County.
