I have maintained a general litigation practice since April 2001 including personal injury matters, like auto accidents and slip and falls, injuries in public places like shopping malls, or supermarkets, including victims of crimes at these places, labor and employments claims like underpayment of wages, failure to pay overtime, or discrimination at work, injured worker's compensation claims, and divorce issues.  

I also work on co-counsel basis for all aspects of litigation including discovery, motion practice, arbitrations, trials, and appellate writing.

Prior to opening my own law practice, I was a Deputy Attorney General with the NJ Division of Law where I worked as a trial attorney defending the State's agencies and employees in matters involving persoal injuries under the Tort Claims Act, civil rights cases, employment discrimination and parole matters.  I also prosecuted civil violations of the NJ Consumer Fraud Act including successful prosecutions against electronic retailers, finance companies and car dealerships. I conducted numerous jury trials to a verdict and argued matters before the Appellate Court. 

I graduated from Seton Hall University Law School, with honors, in 1990.
