He has worked with me to renew and extend a ground lease with Bank of America they wanted to write a new lease will lower rent he got the old term agreed to by them and no reduction in rent and another five year extension. He is worki...ng with me to get a sewer connection in Long Hill township that has had a Self imposed sewer moratorium in place for over 25 year. He is also working with me to write a new will.
