Daryl J Kipnis

In January of 2011, my husband(now deceased) was hit in the rear of his vehicle near Freehold,N.J. He was very upset and was assured by police that there were no charges and not to worry. About a week or so later, he received a summons in the mail. He honestly felt there was collusion and there was d...ishonesty in this case since he was hit in the rear.
