My litigation practice involves representation in Court for matters involving civil actions, fraud, partnership disputes and other civil actions; litigation in family practice that involves divorce, child support and domestic violence matters; and litigation with respect to business/real estate and immigration matters specifically removal hearings and other forms of relief before the Immigration Court.

Experience includes first-degree criminal cases to minor offenses, indictable and non-indictable, trials, motions and offenses such as drugs, assaults, weapons, harassment, in Superior Court as well as all Municipal Court matters that may include but is not limited to DWI's, Simple Possession, Domestic Violence and Traffic and Ordinance Offenses

Practice includes personal injury and auto accident cases, PIP arbitrations as well as injuries resulting from negligence and/or intentional torts, claims against public entities and other claims involving harm to business and individuals

Reviewed and drafted various legal documents and agreements including wills, power of attorneys, NDA's, licensing agreements, PPA's, distribution / marketing agreements, partnership agreements, settlements and releases, contracts for the sale or purchase of businesses, leases (commercial and residential), employment agreements and other contracts for small business, individuals and entrepreneurs
