I am a professional working in healthcare. I called Mark searching for help starting out as a plaintiff in a case. This was my first rodeo being involved in such a matter so I wanted to seek out his advice and expertise. I went to Mark because my ex-wife filed a bogus motion for primary. mark went right to work by immediately firing a letter to my ex-wife's attorney (Weinberger law group) and clearly stating their claim had no merit and was totally bogus. then he arranged a 4 way sit-down meeting where he made it c...lear to my ex-wife that she has absolutely no evidence whatsoever to support any of her claims. then he had my children meet the judge which further supported that my ex-wife was making up every one of her allegations. my ex-wife and her attorney backed down and custody remained exactly the same! great job by Mark and attorney Julie Katz as well.
