Unfortunately, you'll have to respond to the charges. Based upon witness testimony, an attorney can probably get the charges dismissed for you....

you can switch attorneys whenever you like. My suggestion would be to hire an attorney now So he/she can discuss the issues with your prior Attorney.

the first thing to do is to get the attorneys file. You can still get the expungement regardless of what he did.

That is very possible. You may want to get an attorney before you get the car so he can speak with the cops first.
