If you weren't charged after the stop expect to get a summons in the mail. I would contact an attorney regardless.

Contact an immigration attorney. Even if the charges were dismissed the arrest may be on your record unless and until it is expunged.

If you pay the ticket it will appear on your driver's abstract. The only way to avoid this is by getting a dismissal, which will likely not happen...
