In my line of work I review real estate documents, prepared by attorneys, on a regular basis. Based on her impeccable work I chose Linda to handle a real estate closing for my daughter and I. We found her to be extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We were especially impressed wit...h her accessibility. She was very prompt in returning our calls and kept us apprised of all events as they unraveled. Since time was of the essence for my daughter in this matter, we were hoping for a quick, easy closing. Unfortunately, unforeseen issues arose on the seller's part which caused the closing to be pushed back. We have purchased two properties in last 12 years and used Linda for both. The first property purchase was a smooth transaction but we had some unexpected turns during the second purchase. With enormous legal knowledge that Linda possesses, she stood very strong against the other attorney and navigat...ed us to the successful closing on time. She is straight to the point and most of my conversations with her were limited to Q&A type. She is not at all rude as mentioned by some other reviewer. Linda is very confident in her attorney role which shows up in talking to her. That could lead people to think that she is rude. I wish she could loosen up a little bit to make her clients feel more comfortable while talking to her. I do not hesitate to work with her again if I need to do another real estate transaction.

Linda's a straight forward attorney who represents her client 100%. During the time that I was her client, she was always accessible via phone or email. What I liked best about Linda was the fact that she always followed-up a conversation with a formal written document. This ensured that conversation...s between buyer/seller were always backed in writing. I strongly recommend Linda as a real estate attorney. She embraces technology and should you be at a distance from her location, she'll find ways to communicate to her client(s) electronically or mail.
