It was a complex estate to resolve because we had several beneficiaries and my mother was very specific about her wishes on how the assets were being distributed. His firm also assisted with the sale of the house and we even had a death in the family which was a tragedy and further complicated matters with the sale and the buyers. I highly recommend Jace McColley as a real estate attorney. Buying (and selling) real estate is extremely stressful and Jace alleviated my crazy fears throughout the whole transaction. Jace was a great lawyer to have by my side through a difficult condo purchase in Hoboken. He came recommended by a friend and truly did not disappoint.
