Rena Thakkar

Rena Thakkar, Esq. is the founder and principal attorney at the Law Office of Rena Thakkar, LLC. Rena graduated with a Bachelor's Degree with a dual concentration in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University in 2002. Rena received her law degree from Pace University School of Law in 2006. Rena is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar.

As an experienced attorney, Rena offers legal assistance to clients throughout New Jersey and extends her services in the area of Immigration to clients throughout the country. Rena speaks Gujarati and Hindi to offer convenience and assistance to clients in the Indian community in need of communication in their native language.

Rena primarily practices in the areas of Family Law, Immigration, Residential Real Estate, and Commercial Transactions. Rena is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and Asian Indian Chamber of Commerce. Rena is also actively involved in the community. She is on the Board of Directors of Lohana Samaj of USA, a non-profit organization. She also provides voluntary legal services for Manavi, a New Jersey based women's rights organization.
