George Karousatos

George Karousatos is a Partner with the firm, and is responsible for managing the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Karousatos practices in the areas of employment law and litigation, civil rights litigation, professional liability and condominium litigation. Mr. Karousatos represents employers in many aspects of employment related matters in State and Federal Courts, and in administrative hearings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Division on Civil Rights. These matters involve claims under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination and Employment Act, the Sarbares-Oxley Act and other state and federal laws. In the area of professional liability, he has extensive trial experience in defending real estate agents and brokers, attorneys, medical professionals, architects, engineers, accountants and insurance brokers and agents. Mr. Karousatos practices in all state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate level, in the New Jersey vicinages.

Mr. Karousatos lectures to large corporations, small businesses, insurance companies, health care organizations and other institutions on topics including employment law, professional liability, insurance coverage and other litigation related matters. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
