I am an associate of Rajan & Rajan, LLP, a New Jersey general practice law firm. I've been an associate of Rajan & Rajan, LLP since 2012. I began by practicing in Immigration Law and Residential Transactions. However, over the past two years I've transitioned into Commercial Transactions as well as Municipal matters. Majority of the Commercial Transactions I handle involve in the acquisition of hotels, commercial buildings, someone's interest in companies, and conducting closings through obtaining financing for my clients.  Furthermore, I form companies for my clients as well as draft their governing documents. In addition to Commercial Transactional matters mentioned above, I practice in municipal court with regards to matters ranging from criminal defense, DUI/DWI, and traffic violations.
