Biography
I have practiced law exclusively in NJ for 34 years and have been licensed for over 38 years. From 1991 to 2007 I was First Assistant or Acting Prosecutor in Hunterdon County. Prior to that I was in private practice from 1983 to 1991 in Flemington, Director of Hunterdon County Legal Services from 1979-1983 and a staff attorney for Legal Services from 1975-1979. In 2007, I began my own private practice concentrating exclusively in criminal defense cases. I have extensive trial experience both as a prosecutor and defense attorney.
I am the immediate past President of the Hunterdon County Bar Association and have also been the Chairman of the Hunterdon County Criminal Practice Committee. Currently, I am the Hunterdon County Representative to the NJ State Bar Association Judicial and Prosecutorial appointments committee and a member of the New Jersey State Criminal Practice Committee. In the past, I have served as the Chairman and Secretary of the District Ethics Committee.
My Professional affiliations include the New Jersey State Bar Association, Hunterdon County Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
