Neil W. Brazer, Esq. practices in all areas of Family Law. As a Judicial Law Clerk for the Family Part Judge, the Honorable Robert G. Wilson in Hunterdon County, Neil reviewed, considered and drafted responses to both pre and post-judgment matrimonial, non-dissolution and restraining order motions. Importantly, Neil also observed trials and plenary hearings, assisting his Judge in drafting the decision of the Court. He was also tasked with mediating special civil and dissolution cases and worked with both, attorneys and self-represented litigants. Neil is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, having earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School. He is a member of the Hunterdon County Bar Association, the Family Practice Committee and the Public Relations and Social Media Committee, both of which he co-chairs.
During law school, Neil served as a judicial intern for the Family Division Judge, the Honorable Anthony F. Picheca, Jr. in Somerset County. He studied under Professor Randi Mandelbaum at the Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic as both a clinical law student and intern. Through the Child Advocacy Clinic, Neil appeared as a Law Guardian in New Jersey Superior Court - Family Division, Essex County. In addition, he interned for the New Jersey Department of Children and Families' Office of Legal and Legislative Affairs under the current Director, Clinton Page.
Neil received his Bachelor's Degree from American University in Washington D.C. He was born and raised in New Jersey.
