Yes and no. If the LL can show you were responsible for the infestation, yes. This is very difficult and may not be possible as a practical matter

One would have to read the lease to say for certain, but generally the lease ends when it says it does. The clause talking about a renegotiation...

I agree with counsel. You have until your lease expires. You have to be given two months notice to quit.
